Yes.  All of our cleaning agents are biodegradable and will not harm people, pets or plants.  Also, we rinse all of the residue out.  You could even digest them and not be harmed.

Please vacuum floors before we arrive; vacuuming by our technician is available for an additional charge. Remove breakable and personal items from furniture. We can move reasonable light furniture that one person can handle, but we do not move furniture holding electronics or computers. Tell our office in advance about any mobility or accessibility needs.

While we are highly effective at removing stains, some stains may cause permanent discoloration, particularly if they have been on the carpet for a long time.

Carpets typically take 4–8 hours to dry, depending on carpet type and airflow. We recommend running air conditioning and ceiling fans when possible to help the drying process.

We treat pet urine with pre-treatment and deodorizing, but we cannot guarantee complete removal of odors or residue. Results depend on how long the contamination has been present and how deeply it has reached the carpet padding. Our technician will discuss the condition and treatment limitations.
